Her negotiation skills and attention to detail ensured that the timing between selling and buying worked out perfectly. She went above and beyond doing anything and everything possible to make sure both deals went through. I truly don’t think we would have been able to do it without Charlene. My experience with Charlene Williams was an amazing experience that couldn't have gone smoother. She was unbelievably helpful and patient, professional and answered any an all questions I, a first time home buyer would have. Over the past several years Charlene has helped us sell our first home, buy a home we absolutely loved, sell that home after a work transfer and buy another home we loved when a family illness brought us back to the Metro area. Charlene is incredibly well researched, amazingly thorough, and willing to bend over backwards for her clients. She is very informative, communicative and can explain each step of the process. I specifically recall a situation where Charlene, off of a passing comment by my wife or I, trudged through the snow to the backyard of a property we liked (and subsequently bought), to send us photos so we could determine how to make a fence/gate work for our dogs.

Our impression of Charlene was only bolstered more during our transfer out of state. While dealing with our out of state realtor, buying and a year later selling, we found ourselves constantly reaching out to Charlene for advice and strategy (despite being 5 states and a time zone away) and implementing her suggestions. There was a stark difference in what Charlene was able to bring to the table vs how some other realtors operate.

Charlene was a fantastic agent. What I appreciated most was her ability to adjust to my timeline. I started out with a goal of a quick decision, slowed significantly down during the Pandemic and then ended up moving up my closing by 3 weeks. No matter my pace, she was great to work with in finding my home. She knows the area and has also been very helpful proving names of local contractors to help do some upgrades. Charlene was incredible as both a buying and selling agent! When we began to look for realtors I received several suggestions from friends and began my research – checking websites, social media business pages and paying close attention to their listings. Charlene stood out on each point and I appreciated her enthusiasm, good information and her listing photos were incredible. I was pretty confident that we had found our realtor after these searches and when we met her, we both knew it immediately. Charlene is warm, smart and truly listens and a gem as both a buying and selling agent. As a buying agent, Charlene listened to what we wanted and worked with us to get our dream home and neighborhood for a price we were comfortable with. Charlene was the voice of reason and calm in a relatively difficult negotiation. The sellers had turned down multiple previous offers, yet somehow through her negotiation skills, we got the house that we plan to grow old in for a price we were comfortable with. She even gifted us house cleaning at the new place, which was really appreciated and just one of the ways she went above and beyond for us. As a sellers agent, the resources which Charlene had was plentiful. The photographs were incredible and highlighted the home beautifully and Charlene was amazing on providing quick feedback. With her hard work, though we listed in October, we had three offers within four days of listing and sold for over asking price. Charlene put up with countless phone calls, emails and texts and made sure we never had open questions and were comfortable at every step. I am *almost* sad that I never plan to use her services again since we got our ‘forever home’. That being said, I will continue to recommend Charlene to anyone I know in the area that is looking to buy or sell. We started this process wanting help buying and selling and home, and ended up with a friendship and I am so glad that our paths crossed and we used her as our Realtor!
